FIRST Robotics Competition is designed for high school-aged students capable of conducting their selves properly in a machine shop and business environment.
Fee: There is currently no fee to join Thunderstorm Robotics however team members are currently responsible for all travel and meals. These will be arranged prior to individual events.
As a team member, be prepared to meet at least a few times per week. Like any sport or other after-school activity, the more time you invest, the better you will become at your task(s). During build season, the pressure is on, so be prepared to also spend some nights and weekends helping your team.
Meeting Schedule: Tuesdays, 6:00 PM–9:00 PM. Thursdays, 6:00 PM–9:00 PM. Saturdays, 3:00 PM–9:00 PM.
Location: Petroleum Technology Classroom Building, OSU.
